FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT PROFESSIONAL WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS...

DO YOU HAVE SAMPLES? We include free samples with every order except for special sales and promotions. We do not provide free samples separately.  If you wish to just try out a few items we do offer mini trial kits in the retail section of our website. 

Once your wholesale account is approved you can also buy sample collections support your practice. You can also then purchase our Wholesale Trial Kit for professionals that includes sample sizes of our entire product range.  You can find it in the drop down menu under WHOLESALE INFO. 

WHAT ARE YOUR ORDER MINIMUMS?   We have no order or re-order minimum requirements.  We do however offer 2 special opening packages to get you up and running with our brand right away. 

HOW DO I ORDER? CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?   All of our ordering is online 24/7, 365 days a year. We do not take phone orders

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU HAVE? We ship all orders via USPS flat rate priority mail. USPS priority mail does not provide guaranteed delivery dates.  We do not offer alternative shipping carrier options. We can offer USPS Express for additional fees.  If you need an order expedited please contact us. 

WHAT DO THE DATES ON YOUR PRODUCTS MEAN?  We have changed our date system to placing the EXPIRATION date on the bottom of our products rather than the batch date system we have previously used. To distinguish products with the new dating system they will contain an EXP before the date.

Previous Date System (This is the date the product was produced.  All products are good, unopened, for 18 months from that date.  Although you will likely use them up or sell them long before they expire) 

Our products are organic/natural and are more sensitive to temperature extremes.  We recommend taking that into consideration when stocking and storing them.  Also, please see the note below regarding variances due to seasonality. 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY FREE?  Yes our products are proudly cruelty free!

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?   Most of our products are Vegan and some are not.   Each product states on the label if it is Vegan.  You can access our ingredients list for which products are and are not click here  

 
DO YOU HAVE PROFESSIONAL BACKBAR SIZES?  Yes, we have backbar sizes of our Cleansers, Toners & Serums and professional sizes of our Peels & Masques. We recommend when you are first starting out that you purchase retail sizes for backbar until you know which products you use more of so that you can prevent waste. 
 
DO YOU HAVE PROTOCOLS AND PRO PRODUCT INFO?   we offer webinars on our website and our Training Manual.  They contain information that will help you understand the products and protocols.  We are an extremely small company so we ask that you please review the webinars and manual before sending lists of questions.  Once you have placed your first retail opening order and reviewed the training information we can schedule a consult with you.  Once your account is approved when you log in you will be able to see the webinars and videos and have access to the protocols and training manual on the TRAINING PAGE
 
HOW CAN I GET INGREDIENT INFO? If you would like information about product ingredients there is a link on the Wholesale Resources page.  There is also a link to our updated ingredients list on the bottom of each website page.  INGREDIENT LIST
 
DO YOU HAVE ANY MARKETING MATERIALS OR PHOTOS?   We include a small amount of brochures and postcards with each order.  For additional amounts please contact us via email.  We also try to update photos for you to use for marketing purchases.

A Google Drive Link to our folder of photos you can use for promotional purposes as long as you hold an account with us is available on the TRAINING page.  

WHAT ARE YOUR TOP SELLERS?  Although this can vary per geographics and demographics our Award Winners are crowd faves!.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT WHOLESALE PRICES ARE?  When your Wholesale Account is approved, you will then be able to log in and see Wholesale Pricing and have access to Professional Products which are not available for resale to retail customers.  Our suggested retail is double the wholesale cost. However, you are free to charge prices other than this at your own discretion. 

DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE LABEL?   No we do not offer private label.

DO YOU HAVE A STUDENT DISCOUNT?   Yes, we offer a student discount. Please click the link to OPEN AN ACCOUNT and submit a transcript from your school. 

DO YOU OFFER DROP SHIPPING?  We now offer drop shipping. You can place any order for a customer and have it shipped directly to them. Please include in the notes section of the order DROP SHIPPING ORDER so that your wholesale receipt is not included.
