DO YOU HAVE SAMPLES?   We do not provide samples.  We do offer a Wholesale Trial Kit that includes sample sizes of our entire product range, all retail, peels and masques along with some promotional material.  It is available for purchase after you have an approved wholesale account. You can find it in the drop down menu under WHOLESALE INFO,  just click WHOLESALE KITS. 

WHAT DO THE DATES ON YOUR PRODUCTS MEAN?  This is the date the product was produced.  All products are good, unopened, for 18 months from that date.  Although you will likely use them up or sell them long before they expire.  Our products are organic/natural and are more sensitive to temperature extremes.  We recommend taking that into consideration when stocking and storing them.  Additionally, if you are a solo esthetician you may want to purchase retail items for backbar unless you are sure you will use a backbar sized product quickly. Also, please see the note below regarding variances due to seasonality.  

WHAT IS YOUR OPENING ORDER REQUIREMENT?   We have ZERO opening order requirements.  We do offer opening order packages you can inquire about when your wholesale account is approved.

WHAT ARE YOUR ORDER MINIMUMS?   We have no order or re-order minimum requirements.  We do however, offer free shipping on orders $500 or more.

DO YOU HAVE PROFESSIONAL BACKBAR SIZES?  Yes, we have backbar sizes of our Cleansers, Toners & Serums and professional sizes of our Peels & Masques. We recommend when you are first starting out that you purchase retail sizes for backbar until you know which products you use more of so that you can prevent waste.  

DO YOU HAVE PROTOCOLS AND PRO PRODUCT INFO?   we offer webinars on our website and our Training Manual.  They contain information that will help you understand the products and protocols.  We are an extremely small company so we ask that you please review the webinars and manual before sending lists of questions.  Once you have placed your first retail opening order and reviewed the training information we can schedule a consult with you.  Once your account is approved when you log in you will be able to see the webinars and videos and have access to the protocols and training manual on the TRAINING PAGE

HOW CAN I GET INGREDIENT INFO? If you would like information about product ingredients there is a link on the Wholesale Resources page.  There is also a link to our updated ingredients list on the bottom of each website page. 


DO YOU HAVE ANY MARKETING MATERIALS OR PHOTOS?   We include a small amount of brochures and postcards with each order.  For additional amounts please contact us via email.  We also try to update photos for you to use for marketing purchases.

WHAT ARE YOUR TOP SELLERS?  Although this can vary per geographics and demographics our Award Winners are crowd faves!.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY FREE?   Yes our products are proudly cruelty free!  

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?   Most of our products are Vegan and some are not. Each product states on the label if it is Vegan.  You can access our ingredients list for which products are and are not click here 

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT WHOLESALE PRICES ARE?  When your Wholesale Account is approved, you will then be able to log in and see Wholesale Pricing and have access to Professional Products which are not available for resale to retail customers.  Our suggested retail is double the wholesale cost. However, you are free to charge prices other than this at your own discretion. 

DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE LABEL?   No we do not offer private label.

DO YOU OFFER DROP SHIPPING?  We prefer to keep your customers and clients purchasing directly from you so that you can maintain them for your business revenue.  We do not offer drop shipping at this time. 

IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER We are so sorry and unfortunately this happens. Please note the following so we can address it immediately. Be sure to include the order number and date on all messages to us to expedite addressing the problem.

1. Please check the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email before contacting us. Often your package is just delayed or you have more than one package arriving at different times. You can also contact your local post office to inquire using the tracking information.
2. Take a picture of any damage to the package and the shipping label before opening it
3. Take photos of each damaged item 
4. Email us with the order number and date and all photos as well as
a list of damaged and/or missing items, sizes and quantity at dawn@dawnlorraine.com. Please include the order number and date on all messages to us to expedite addressing the problem.

Many of our professional organic skincare products are small batched and made upon ordering. Minor inconsistencies in color, texture and scent may occur and are normal.
