Our products are small batched with seasonal ingredients.
Minor inconsistencies occur and do not impact product efficacy. 
Products damaged in transit will be replaced at no charge.

1. Please check the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email before contacting us.
Often your package is just delayed or you have more than one package arriving at different times.
You can also contact your local post office to inquire using the tracking information.
 
2. If you receive a damaged box: Please take a picture of any damage to the package and the shipping label before opening it.
 
3. If you have damaged or broken items: Please take photos of each damaged item
 
4. Please include any photos as well as a list of damaged and/or missing items, sizes and quantity.
 
Please include the order number and date on all messages to us to expedite addressing the problem.
