IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED:
Please check the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email before contacting us as often your package is just delayed or have been delivered to another location or held at your post office. You may also have more than one package arriving at different times.
IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED BOX:
Please take a picture of any damage to the package and the shipping label before opening the box. We cannot file a claim with the shipper without evidence of damage.
IF YOU HAVE DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR BROKEN ITEMS:
Please list which items are damaged or missing.
