IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED:
Sometimes a package may be delayed, delivered to a nearby location, or held at your local post office. Before reaching out to us, please:
- Check your tracking link from the shipping confirmation email
- Ask neighboring homes or businesses if they’ve received it
- Contact your local post office to see if it’s being held
Please also note that some orders may arrive in multiple packages and may be delivered at different times.
IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED BOX:
Please take a picture of any damage to the package and the shipping label before opening the box. We cannot file a claim with the shipper without evidence of damage.
IF YOU HAVE DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR BROKEN ITEMS:
Please list which items are damaged or missing.
