STEPS TO OPEN YOUR WHOLESALE ACCOUNT:
1. CREATE an account on our site by clicking the "SIGN IN" link above in the top right corner of the page.
IMPORTANT, PLEASE NOTE: If you have already purchased with us previously, at a Trade Show, either Online or in person, SKIP THIS STEP... you are already in our system. Please do not create an additional account on our website. This will delay your account being approved up to several weeks and until the additional account is deleted. You will still need to complete Step 2 & 3...
2. Email a photocopy of your esthetics/cosmetology or other State issued License which allows you to perform skincare services. Please do not send links to state websites or confirmation letters, we need an actual photo copy of your license.
3. If your state collects sales tax WE REQUIRE a copy of your state issued Sellers/ Resale Sales Tax license/certificate/permit that verifies you are collecting and reporting sales tax. Please email a copy with your skincare license.
Please do not send us your business license, a letter showing you have registered for a resale certificate, your LLC filing or Federal Tax ID (EIN), a confirmation, or the number. The state of CA requires that we have an actual hard copy of your state issued resale license/certificate that allows you to charge and remit sales tax for retail commerce. If you are from a state that does not collect sales tax please put that in your email with your skincare license.
Please send each document as an attachment and not in the body of your email, (photos pasted inside your email often will not print). You may also send both in one email, they do not need to be sent separately.

FAQ - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
DO YOU HAVE SAMPLES? We do not provide samples. We do offer a Wholesale Trial Kit that includes sample sizes of our entire product range, all retail, peels and masques along with some promotional material. You can find it in the drop down menu under WHOLESALE INFO, just click WHOLESALE KITS.
WHAT DO THE DATES ON YOUR PRODUCTS MEAN? This is the date the product was produced. All products are good, unopened, for 18 months from that date. Although you will likely use them up or sell them long before they expire. Our products are organic/natural and are more sensitive to temperature extremes. We recommend taking that into consideration when stocking and storing them. Additionally, if you are a solo esthetician you may want to purchase retail items for backbar unless you are sure you will use a backbar sized product quickly. Also, please see the note below regarding variances due to seasonality.
WHAT IS YOUR OPENING ORDER REQUIREMENT? We have ZERO opening order requirements. We do offer opening order packages you can inquire about when your wholesale account is approved.
WHAT ARE YOUR ORDER MINIMUMS? We have no order or re-order minimum requirements. We do however, offer free shipping on orders $500 or more.
DO YOU HAVE PROFESSIONAL BACKBAR SIZES? Yes, we have backbar sizes of our Cleansers, Toners & Serums and professional sizes of our Peels & Masques. We recommend when you are first starting out that you purchase retail sizes for backbar until you know which products you use more of so that you can prevent waste.
DO YOU HAVE PROTOCOLS AND PRO PRODUCT INFO? we offer webinars on our website and our Training Manual. They contain information that will help you understand the products and protocols. We are an extremely small company so we ask that you please review the webinars and manual before sending lists of questions. Once you have placed your first retail opening order and reviewed the training information we can schedule a consult with you. Once your account is approved when you log in you will be able to see the webinars and videos and have access to the protocols and training manual on the TRAINING PAGE
DO YOU HAVE ANY MARKETING MATERIALS OR PHOTOS? We include a small amount of brochures and postcards with each order. For additional amounts please contact us via email. We also try to update photos for you to use for marketing purchases.

WHAT ARE YOUR TOP SELLERS? Although this can vary per geographics and demographics our Award Winners are crowd faves!.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY FREE? Yes our products are proudly cruelty free!
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN? Most of our products are Vegan and some are not. Each product states on the label if it is Vegan. You can access our ingredients list for which products are and are not click here
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT WHOLESALE PRICES ARE? When you log in now you will see Wholesale Pricing and have access to Professional Products which are not available for resale. Our suggested retail is double the wholesale cost. However, you are free to charge prices other than this at your own discretion.
DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE LABEL? No we do not offer private label.
DO YOU OFFER DROP SHIPPING? We prefer to keep your customers and clients purchasing directly from you so that you can maintain them for your business revenue. We do not offer drop shipping at this time.
