PLEASE NOTE: If you have already purchased with us previously, at a Trade Show, either Online or in person, SKIP THIS STEP... you are already in our system. Please do not create an additional account on our website. This will delay your account being approved until the additional account is deleted. You will still need to complete Step 2 & 3...
2. Email a photocopy of your esthetics/cosmetology or other State issued License which allows you to perform skincare services.
3. If your state collects sales tax WE REQUIRE a copy of your state issued Sellers/ Resale Sales Tax license/certificate/permit that verifies you are collecting and reporting sales tax. Please email a copy with your skincare license. Please do not send us your business license, a letter showing you have registered for a resale certificate, your LLC filing or Federal Tax ID (EIN), a confirmation, or the number. The state of CA requires that we have a hard copy of your state issued resale license/certificate that allows you to charge and remit sales tax for retail commerce. We need to have an actual copy of the certificate on file. If you are from a state that does not collect sales tax please put that in your email with your skincare license.
Please send each document as an attachment and not in the body of your email, (photos pasted inside your email often will not print). You may also send both in one email, they do not need to be sent separately.

DO YOU HAVE SAMPLES? We do not provide samples. We do offer a Wholesale Trial Kit that includes sample sizes of our entire product range, all retail, peels and masques which you may purchase once you have completed all the steps to open your account.
WHATS IN YOUR WHOLESALE TRIAL KIT? Our Wholesale Trial Kit contains sample sizes of every product in our entire line, all retail cleansers, toners, serums, cremes, scrubs, spf and eye products. It also contains all professional peels and masques.
HOW WILL I KNOW IM APPROVED FOR WHOLESALE? Once your account is approved you will receive a welcome email with links to our Training Manual, Wholesale Price List and a Full Ingredients list for all products. You will then have access to the Wholesale Pricing and Professional Products section of our website.
HOW CAN I GET INGREDIENT INFO? If you would like information about product ingredients click here for a google link to the list. (we are currently reformulating and improving our entire product line and ingredients may change. Be sure to check back before ordering)
DO YOU HAVE PROTOCOLS AND PRO PRODUCT INFO? Once your wholesale account is approved you will have access to our Training Page on the website.
DO YOU HAVE OPENING ORDER MINIMUMS? No, we have no minimums. We do have opening order specials which are included in your welcome letter. If you need help putting together an opening order please email us and we can work with you to tailor your order for your specific needs. AND we offer Free Shipping on orders $500 or more.
HOW DO I ORDER? We have 24/7 online ordering available to you 365 days of the year. We do not take phone orders.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE? WHAT DO THE DATES ON YOUR PRODUCTS MEAN? This is the date the product was produced. All products are good, unopened, for 18 months from that date. Although you will likely use them up or sell them long before they expire. Our products are organic/natural and are more sensitive to temperature extremes. We recommend taking that into consideration when stocking and storing them. Additionally, if you are a solo esthetician you may want to purchase retail items for backbar unless you are sure you will use a backbar sized product quickly. Also, please see the note below regarding variances due to seasonality.

DO YOU SELL ON AMAZON? Our products are sold exclusively to licensed professionals and are not available in stores or sold on large online sites like Amazon, Skinstore etc. They are only available through our approved Wholesale Accounts and our website.
WHAT PRODUCTS ARE SAFE FOR PREGNANCY? Unfortunately we cannot make recommendations regarding any medical condition. We recommend anyone who is pregnant or lactating refer to their physician for advice regarding product and ingredient safety.

Many of our professional organic skincare products are small batched and made upon ordering. Minor inconsistencies in color, texture and scent may occur and are normal. We are currently reformulating several of our products to make them even better. Be sure to sign up for our email list to receive product updates.
